Office Policies
No-show policy: We charge a fee of $50 for no-show if scheduled and confirmed appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours.
Controlled substance prescription: We generally do not prescribe controlled substances by telehealth as this usually invovles in-office drug screening.
